The brief
A parent isn’t looking for a doctor, they’re looking for an answer to what’s happening at home at two in the morning. So the site is built around articles, sorted by body system rather than by date: respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal, plus fever, inhalation and brochures.
The services come in only when an article can’t answer the question. Online consultations, talks and brochures have their own pages, and a parent can reach them from every article.
