The contact form

When you write to me, I receive your name, email, company (if you fill it in) and your message by email. I use them only to reply and to talk about the work you asked about. The legal basis is steps before a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Messages stay in my mailbox as long as the conversation or a resulting contract needs them.

Spam protection on the forms

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person from an automated script. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. To make that judgement, Cloudflare Inc. receives your IP address and some technical details of your browser, and keeps them briefly. Without this check I would be unable to keep the forms open.

Analytics

Only if you allow it, this site loads Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages are read. No advertising features are used. The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. If you say no, nothing from Google is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). You can change it any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Hosting

Like any web server, the hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting, for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
